• Where is the online store? The costs of online security have been increasing, and are likely to continue to do so. Since most of our clients were dealing with us directly, it seemed unfair to raise our prices to continue to provide a service that only a few were using. Therefore, we elected to close the online store. Please DO NOT send us your payment card information by e-mail!
• Books may be ordered by calling us at 865-584-5005 (or from within the U.S. at 800-545-8602). You may also fax us your order at 865-588-9440.
• Our office hours are 9 to 4 U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Please have credit card or purchase order number ready when you call. Credit card required for international orders and booksellers.
• Unless other arrangements are made, we ship domestic orders via UPS ground and use UPS Express for international orders.
• Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Quantity discounts are available. Contact our office for further information.
• International customers should fax or e-mail us requesting a pro forma invoice that will include shipping costs. Otherwise shipping costs will be added to your credit card without notification.
