Ordering Information
- Items may be ordered by calling us at 865-584-5005 (or from within the U.S. at 800-545-8602). You may also fax us your order at 865-588-9440.
- Our office hours are 9 to 4, U.S. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please have credit card or purchase order number ready when you call. Credit card required for international orders and resellers.
- We ship via UPS ground for domestic orders and UPS Express for international orders.
- Some of these items will be drop shipped.
- International customers should fax or e-mail us requesting a pro forma invoice that will include shipping costs. Otherwise shipping costs will be added to your credit card without notification.
- Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. Contact our office for further information.
